Since my last post we have found more information. The local group “Offer Remote Assistance Helpers” and MS’ “HelpServicesGroup” looks as if they are being deleted. When I look at PCs with the problem the local security in DCOMCNFG shows SIDs with the red ? mark. This does not happen on all PCs and not on laptops at all. I have a cse open with MS but have not found a resolution as yet. I’m hoping that someone out there may have seen this also.
This has been happening since April 11th so it was not after the DST patch after all. Any help is greatly appreciated.
