Hey, I have a Linksys wireless router model BEFW11S4 and my computer is hardwired to it. I am trying to use remote assistant and it will not work, it keeps timing out. Some one said it is because of the router and something to do with my computers IP address. If any one can help me by telling me how to fix this or tell me if there is a patch out there to fix this problem it would help a lot. Thanks, Please help
