Remote assitance

Hi,

I am trying to get remote assitance to work on my 50 user domain. So far I have 3 PCs that have no problem...the others display a meesage "A program could not be started. Please try again. I imaged all the PCs different model Dells and images..The ones I can access are Dell 4100 Dimensions XP Pro SP1. I have looked at the registy , GP and the remote properties under My computer to see what is different. I am trying to access PC without being solicited...The following are what I found on machines that work:

My computer >remote> both options enabled

GP: enable remote assitance...leave solicited remote assitance (not configured)...add admin to remote assistance users.

Registry: shows HKEY_Local_Machine\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server

fInHelpMode REG_DWORD 0x0000001(1)

this key was not on my other PCs...added it to a test PC that didn't work and it still showed error.

Added key according to MS 305608 and still can't access.

My company won't let me use a third party software so I need to get this working for all users.

use netmeeting...

it's already there and uses the same thing.

Add a .bat file to their startup bar... in it, put the cmd ipconfig <hit enter> and pause <hit enter>
save it... Now they need help, just tell them to open that .bat file for their ip, then use netmeeting to jump in and fix it...
