Remote backup for sales team

I need to be able to backup files automaticaly on remote computers (i.e. road warrior laptops)when they connect via Ras or vpn to my network. the software must work on windows 98 machines. Veritas has a product called DLO but it does not work on windows 98. Is there a software that you know of that can do this without user intervention? Thanks
