Good Morning,
I am having difficulty with my remote connection freezing when I try to print. Things have been working completely fine but just all of a sudden now will not allow me to print anything as a .pdf or print to a local printer.
I am not very tech savvy. I do know that both the remote connection computer and the network comp. are running Windows XP Professional.
I did find this link from a previous post but I wanted to make sure that if I tried it and it didn’t work I wouldn’t be messing something up in the process

I know it’s a bit vague but if anyone has any idea or could shoot me some questions so we could come up with a solution I would greatly appreciate.
