I am looking to get some information on remote control appliances. This appliance would allow web based remote control of client’s computers. We operate a small business and price is a factor. I would be looking for 2 techs to be able to access this appliance and remote to client’s computers across the internet. Any suggestions? We currently are using a VNC based support package and would like to make this as easy as possible for the client’s. I know there is free software like teamviewer and others, but would like to explore the possibilities for an appliance solution.
