I have a user in another location that can log into my Terminal Server, after
she logs out of the TS and than tries to go back in she can not. The IT person has to recreate her profile on her PC and than she is able to click on Remote Desktop and get back into my TS. TS. This is a big pain in the butt. The IT
person has also recreate the user in AD and still the problem exist. I have
renamed the users profile on the TS to see if that does anything, however I
believe the problem is on the users end. I have been told that if someone
else logs into the PC and than logs into the TS they are fine, no problems.
its just this user. the IT person has replaced the user PC as well, but
still has the problem. When the IT person recreates the users profile on the PC he does NOT copy over the NTUSER.dat file so I do not know what the problem
is.
The PC is Windows XP, their server is Windows 2003 and my TS is Windows 2003
as well. she is the only user that is having this problem.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
