Remote Desktop Client Deployment

Hi,
I am a newbie to Terminal Services, and am in the process of setting up a ts server + clients. The server is Windows 2003 and the clients are Windows NT 4.0. I am looking for a how to guide so the clients always log in and log out of the TS. They are in no need of ever seeing their desktop. Any Ideas of where I might find one?
