Remote Desktop on windows 2000 server

I can not remote desktop to Windows 2000 server, although I can see the server is listenning on port 3389 by command netstat -a

TCP hniw2drm01:3389 Hniw2drm01:0 LISTENING

Are Ports 135-138 blocked between yoruself and the server?

I found the issue, It related to encryption, I followed instructions in microsoft website to remove keys in registry. Now it's OK

I had the same problem, but when i installed this app on the server and the pc that will be administering it all was fine, but the server MUST have an internet conncetion for the software to work.
