Remote Desktop without Active Directory

by redmccoy77 . Updated 24 years, 1 month ago

I am trying to get remote desktop on XP to run without using Active Directory. The servers are running NT 4.0 and Netware, and the clients are running XP. I am able to get to the log on screen of the computer that I am trying to remote into, but when I put my login and password in I get the error message “Your interactive logon privilege has been disabled.” I know that their would be a setting in active directory that I could change, but I’m looking for a way to use this service without it.
