I have 4 users that dial in to get their mail using a dialup connection I’ve set up. They are accessing their mail using Outlook 2000. In the Remote section of the Exchange services, it is set to “Auto disconnect” but it doesn’t work. What is wrong. The Exchange server is 5.5 with service pack 4 on NY 4.0 with SP6a.
