I have to help a friend which is on another country. I need to format his HDD or reinstall windows on top.I have try repair but no luck. Its Windows XP.
Do you have any ideas how I going to make this happen?
Here is what I though but not tested:
– Remote desktop to a BIOS level. Dont think its possible.. How would it run any application.
– Create a virtual disk with his image. Fix it by removing drivers and the all config, reinstall OS, replace drivers and try to get it back in to Physical… How to do this remotly dont know..
Any ideas?
