Remote Network Configuration

by bporter . Updated 25 years, 1 month ago

I am in the developmental stage of incorporating our satellite office into our home office network.

Home office is configured as follows: PDC is NT4, SP6. Exchange server is NT 4, SP6, Ex 5.5, SP3. RAS server is NT 4, SP4 – RAS & VPN are supported. Total of 3 NT servers

Remote office is connected to internet via cable, home office via DSL.

Remote office network will change in April to a Windows NT ?? network (from Novell). We are planning to install Exchange ?? as well.

We want to be able to have the two exchange servers update/communicate regularly and seemlessly. To a lesser degree, users in the remote office will need access to data in the home office.

Any recommendations on how to 1) connect the exchange servers and2) the offices in general.

TIA,
Byron
