Remote Printing

I have a customer who logs in thru a VPN and is unable to print at home. The printer is a Lexmark2480?. When she logs in, the printer shows on the server with driver installed yet she is unable to print at home to the printer.
Any suggestions? Her operating system is Vista Premium.
