remote procedure call

My pc with p4 2.4 I 845 40gb 128 mb winxp pro .. After installing winproxy 2.1 at the particuler pc a annoying message after restarting pop up and shut down my machine.The message is like that

”Thecomputer will shut down because the servece terminated unexpectedlly at {remote procedure call (?) }
at NT authority / system. I only get 60 minutes to read the message .

Is it a virus.. or is my system files lost.
I tried running my pc at “last known good configuration option”
I tried at safe mood too.
