Can you take away rights from a local account using a remote script? If so how can it be done?

Can not find the answer I am looking for. Could you be a little more specific? I need to be able to remotely, by script, change users rights on a local PC

write a batch files use CACLS command.
example:
cacls c /t /e /g administrators:f
{this edit ACL list and give admin full permisson on c: drive)

type cacls at DOS Prompt will show what switch you can use.
