Remote Scan

I have Client that has use Citrix and remote scan. My question is has anybody ever ran into the issue with remotescan always having to reinstall the client In order to scan. If they have what did you do to fix it so it keeps the settings.

I have used it.......

... but never had the problem you speak of.

Either use the support forums on their web page or call RemoteScan directly to see what the problem is.
