I have a ether 9808 DVR card installed in a p4, intel chipset, with 1 gb memory, 64mb nvidia graphics card. I can not view live video from the DVR over my lan or internet. I can play back video that has been recorded, but can’t see anything live. I have tried 2 different DVR cards in 3 different pc’s, I have tried 2 different routers, as well as different video cards. I have opened all ports per the instructions, even tried a dmz, and have ddns set up properly-I have set up remote view DVR’s before with no problems, but never this brand. I have tried to contact my supplier but they can’t help me, I have also tried to contact the manufacture but they don’t support individuals only their “agents” or dealers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
