Remotely open ports on XP clients

I am running Server 2003 SBE & am in the need of open some ports on about 15 Windows XP clients that are managed by this particular server. Instead of having to sit @ every workstation individually to do this I am wondering if there’s a tool in Server 2003 SBE that will allow me to do this from the server?
