Removal of service pack

I have win2k installed on my machine with service pack 4 now i want to install service pack 3 due to some technical problem.But unfortunately i didn't take the backup of sp4 during installation.So tell me how can i install SP3 without uninstalling SP4....(Without reinstallation of O\S)
any one have answer.....

Without re-installing the OS on that pc?

Hmmm Very deep thought...

Got it... Buy a new computer.

Sorry, there's no way to roll back a service pack without having a valid roll back save of that SP3 on your system. Only other valid thing would be to reinstall OS on top of your exisiting OS (Which isn't good because it actually takes up so much more space on your drives) or save your data onto cd's, and re-install the OS.

I have installed exchange server2000 on my P4 Dual processor XEON machine.I want to enable Instant messaging on the exchange so all clients can use instant messaging to chat within the LAN. I already take all the steps but instant mesaging is not working(Although exchange server is working fine).
Any one have perfect answer....

dear 1.firstly u start yoyr sys then press f8.
then start pc in safe mode.go to start controlpannel add/rem prog select sp4 then remove
it will ask u before removing press yes to confirm. after this restart pc in normal .
2.oter wise u back up your data and re load os.
