Removal of the File Tab or or Privacy Options and Exit button in MS Access

In Access 2010 there is a tab called File which allows users to change the Access Options and to Exit Access. I wish to remove these options does anyone know how please?

Have worked out how to do this but don’t know how to remove the question from Q&A.
