Removal Tool for MSSQL7

Hello, is there a removal tool for MSSQL7? I have installed it onto a new 2000 server, was unable to reboot at that time, before reboot I tried to move old data into it and ran another move tool all of which ended in pain. Other stuff happened too. Now I can’t uninstall or install it. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, bj
