Remove Kazaa – do you know how??

I cannot remove Kazaa – It is not in my porgram files on the hard drive and I have tried to remove it from the control panel- add & remove programs, but when I do, I get a -6001 error. I cannot find this program on my computer and want to get rid of it from the list that comes up when I go to add & remove programs. Any ideas??
