Remove MS Personal Web Server

I have installed Microsoft Personal Web Server in Win 98SE to test whether it is suitable for what we are doing. Now, I would like to remove it completely but has been unable to do so? When I went through the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in Control Panel, itsays that it has been removed but it is still active in the task bar and I cannot remove it.
