Remove winxppro, install win2000pro

I removed winxppro and reinstalled win2000pro onto my pc. now when windows starts it gives me the 30 sec selection of OS’s in the boot menu (before windows loads). the selection of win2000pro works but the winxpro selection doesn’t. How Do I Completely Remove All Traces Of WinXpPro From My PC Including This Boot Menu, I Don’t Want This Option Visable Nor Do I Want Anyone To Know That WinXpPro Was Ever Installed Onto This Machine (ABSOLUTLY NO TRACES OR EVIDENCE REMAINING) Anyone With A Step-By-Step Procedure.
