Removing a Server From Sites & Services

I have a server that was used for testing in AD. Now that I’m finished using it, I would like to remove it from AD Sites & Services. When I try to, I get a message stating, “The DSA Object Cannot Be Deleted.” First question, what is DSA and the second question is how do I remove the old test server. Thanks.
