My Cable modem has WIndows XP set to Automatic Private Address, its plugged directly from PC to Modem, In order for my internet to work i need it to say DIrected from DHCP. How do i do this.( I tired the ipac_off.ini it didn’t work) I also tried changing network card,formatting etc nothing works. please help
