Removing Check boxes in MSconfig

It seems over a period of time I have collected a list of nine dialers in my start file in MSCONFIG. I know I can uncheck them and follow up in the registry program files to remove them and keep them from being initiated upon booting up. My question is..Is there a way to remove these check boxes along with the accumulated dialer executible dialer file numbers?. I realize that I can prevent them from being activated but I am just tired of that junk being there. I would appreciate anyones assistance with this problem. Also does any one have a solution as to how I can put an end to those annoying pop-up consoles?
