Removing Coorporate Splash Page @ windows Start-up

How do you remove the corporate logo and or splash page from the windows start up? Old company let us buy used laptops and I would like to remove the company splash page. Not sure if this is located in the bios and if it is were would I find it? Any help would be appreciated.

However, if your talking about a BIOS splash screen, that's in the BIOS and all you can do is either enable it [in the BIOS of course] or disable it. If you disable it, then the POST screen is shown.

OR you could try to flash the BIOS with the motherboard makers most current BIOS [to get rid of the custom splash screen during POST] e.g. HP or Dell screens which are HP or DELL BIOSs. you have to know the motherboard make model and version ...
