removing hidden software

I have recordnow from Sonic on my computer and have used every registry cleaner and uninstaller I could find to remove the program, but nothing works. The add/remove windows program show it but does not offer a remove tab. How do I get it off the computer.

You may have tried this already but make sure you are loged in as the local administrator of that computer. Then try removing the software also disable the restore function, it may be reinstalling itself from there. Some software can not be removed from the add/remove section of the control panel. The software itself has a uninstall button, you may need to reinstall it then use thier uninstall. If that fails use the recover CDs.
