Removing multiple Hyperlinks at once

Does anyone know of a util or a method that will either delete multiple hyperlinks in one fell swoop, or allow me to.

Ex. I create a word document from various info gleaned from the web. Problem is these snipets are littered w/unwanted hyperlinks. By the time I’ve finished w/the doc it may have 10 – 30 unwanted hyperlinks in it.

I know how to delete these hyperlinks individually, but that’s a lot of work. I know this will turn out to be way to easy, but I’m not having any luck perusing the web.
