Removing object in ADSIedit.msc

I have an object in ADSIedit on all my child DCs in the Partitions container that refers to a domain that no longer exists. When I try to delete it I get the message “Directory object not found”.

My root DC doesn’t show it anywhere so I’m confused why the others never received notice of it no longer existing. DCDiag and NetDiag do not show indications of replication problems.

Also the non-existent domain shows in AD Domains and Trusts but can’t delete it there on child DCs either.
