removing sharepoint services 3.0 from sbs 2003

I can’t get my central admistration page to load. I have tried to uninstall sharepoint services 3.0 using add/remove from the control panel but it doesn’t work. I have a home page in sharepoint services 3.0 still showing up. I would like to remove sharepoint 3.0 and reinstall it and begin again. Anyone know how to remove sharepoint 3.0 completely so I can do a brand new installation.
