I took a hardrive from a computer which had an ati card in there. The new computer was installed with old drive and windows recovered. I tried to unenstall ati software but got erros, looking for hardware. Ati said it was a promblem with microsoft and sujjested d/ling the microsoct installer update tool….that was suppost fix the problem, but didnt.. tried d/ling removal tool from websites to remove ati software didnt help and most had to pay to remove from registory. tried installed new ati software, the ones i could install and then uninstalled then and still nothing. I can not formate disk, not install old video card. is there a program out there to fix this. where i can unenstall old programs for old hardware?
