Removing the decommissioned DC from AD

by channakk . Updated 18 years, 6 months ago

Hi,

I am seeing few decommissioned Domain Controlers in couple of Domain in our AD. But we don’t have any idea of which servers were decommissioned.

I am getting thier GUID’s in our daily Replication log using RepAdmin tool. Please find the log details as below:

Caching GUIDs…bc9889df-5e3e-46f4-996c-7931297c7320 @ USN 23573 @ Time 2007-04-19 07:12:330e3ebca1-cb33-4a5c-b0e1-6b214588d413 @ USN 24370 @ Time 2007-04-19 07:12:33c5a8623c-4b7e-4af1-9741-067d190d2dcb @ USN 25733 @ Time 2007-04-19 07:12:33cc04cea2-a913-4696-8268-5faaaf4fc747 @ USN 23934 @ Time 2007-04-19 07:12:333f1aa728-0115-4f5d-a00d-c39201a4562e @ USN 23322 @ Time 2007-04-19 07:12:33f0c3b63c-8abc-4f54-b92b-58a96b5f4998 @ USN 25924 @ Time

Can some one help me on how to remove these servers from AD.

Thanks in Advance.
