We use first inital & last name as our alias/mailbox/username. For housekeeping purposes I like to have the same domain account name as the mailbox alias name. What is the best way to handle a user’s request for a name change when they get a new last name – i.e. when they get married. Change the display name and add a new default smtp address? create a whole new mailbox and user account in active directory? We are running exchange 5.5 sp4 and win2k server. thanks!
