I need to know if there?s a way to rename a Windows 2000 domain without formatting and reinstalling everything. I?ve read some suggestions about uninstalling AD services and reinstalling them, importing and exporting the profiles to the new machine with the new name and so on, but I need some specifical advice on how to do this without destroying everything. Also, If anybody knows about this procedure with Exchange 2000 installed, I?ll be glad to hear how to do it.
