A user is trying to open up a scanned file. We scan our files and the hardware is set up to create pdf files. So we have a huge directory with tons of pdfs. The users then click on the pdfs and can read the information. But just today, one file would not open with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. The error message says “There was an error opening this document. Could not repair file.”
Any idea how I would be able to repair it?
