Repartitioning/Preparing Hard Drive for

I need to repartition my 40GB hard drive (which is currently running Windows XP) into 2 20GB drives so that I can install Windows 2000 Pro in a dual boot config WITH XP. Can anyone provide me with DETAILED instructions?
