repeating Access labels

By john_wills ·
I want to repeat the same information n times in a label printout, i.e. I want n copies of each label but I do not want to construct a large label with the information repeated on it. The actual task is to print sender-address labels. The solution I have inherited has the label information n times in the table, but I consider that unsatisfactory.

The information is in an Access table withn a database containing lots of other things and having lots of other reports, many of which are label printouts. Chaning the software background is not an option.

Okay try this then
Check your printer settings.
Open printer window
select Printer
select properties
select advance...
under paper/output
copy count__
change the setting from one to the count you need
this will make that number of copies for each page

hope this helps
good luck

The answer I got from HP's helpline involves doing something I don't want to have to repeat, sort of creating the Word file twice. It works, and is easy for the user, but I am not sure I have understood it well enugh to do it again.
