I’ve tried to help a Vietnam VET friend in replacing his old 10GB drive with a 160gb drive in his old XP Pro 500MHz Dell PC, tried loading Win XP Pro, but it won’t. I took it home then put it in my e-Machines 1.4 GHz PC, loaded up Win XP Pro, took it out, put it back into his … same problem. Any ideas will help.
