Replacing my Dell Latitude C600 with D800, duplicating hard drive

I bought recently a Dell Latitude D800, my old laptop is Dell Latitude C600. I am wondering if is there a way to duplicate my hard drive on C600 and use it on D800 ?

You can use many programs for that, install ghost and make a backup you may have to stick in a removable DVD writer.

You could also just unplug the harddrive and stick it in the new one to test it.

Only thing you may need to do is install drivers.
