replicating directories

I am trying to replicate the drives from two different servers on two separate domains. We have our office in 2 locations, both on individual NT domains. The servers in question are running windows 2000 server. Both contain data that the other office needs read access to. The domains are connected by a T1. What is the best method to do this? I’d like a copy of Domain
A’s drive to be accessible locally on Domain B’s Server and vice versa. Thanks for the help!
