My 10 month old mint condition iPhone 11 128 Gb died overnight whilst updating to iOS 14 .
Authorised repair center says beyond economical repair. Apple will not repair under warranty cause “unauthorised modifications were made to it” making my product ineligible for service .
They have denied me written report for evidence of tampering …..
I have the bill & am sure there hasn’t been any tampering / modifications .
What should i be doing ???
