Reporting suspected misuse of prescriotion drugs in the workplace

I am a RN by training, and curently work in the Insurance and HealthCare Risk Management Field. For sometime now, I have suspected my supervisor, an attorney,of misusing prescription pain medication. Her behavior at work is confrontational, erratic, and she frequently calls senior staff such things as "whores", "idiots" etc. Her physical appearance, such as dilated pupils, grimacing, and seclusion in her office are just a few of the symptoms which have led me to my assessment. My position was elimated at the company, and in a closing converstion with Sr. Leadership, I shared my concerns about this person. Does my disclosure appear vindictive?

But if your elimination was not the doing of this supervisor or there is no history of any conflict, then they should be listening and in the future--watching this individual. It could really have an impact on the business so they should be listening and paying attention in the future.
