Reporting Utilities for NT Server?

I need a utility for reporting on ‘how long a server has been running’, for monitoring processes, services etc and for creating reports/graphs for each month. What, if there are any utilities are available for doing this kind of thing? Freeware/Shareware if possible but company will pay any rego fees.
