Resize a Hard Drive in Virtual PC 2007

Can anyone please help me, i created a virtual HD and installed WIN
XP....what would i know that 5GB were not going to be enough. I am just
started experimenting with virtualization. Is there any way i can resize
the HD without doing all over again?

I had the same problem. Here is what I did.

Go in to virtual pc 2007 (make sure you do not have a saved state), click settings on the virtual os in question, click on hard disk 2, go through the hard disk wizard and created a new virtual HD to your desired size, now create a ghost boot CD (or floppy) and capture it when you boot your virtual os. When it boots up in ghost you'll have two hard drives, simply ghost from your old small drive to your new large drive.
