Resizing a window

By jacevedo ·
How would you go about moving or resizing a window. the bottom half of the application takes up the upper portion of the screen, and the window is not resizable and i cant view the title bar to move the window around.

ive tried changing the resolution to every size in the book and changing the window size but still no luck...anybody else with some ideas?

its a 16 bit application on a windows 95 machine. its also a network application, and she is the only user experiencing this problem.

Right click your application bar (Start menu bar usually at the bottom of the screen) choose Cascade Windows from the pop-up menu and your application should arrange itself on the desktop so you can access the title bar..

1. You can create a shortcut of the .exe of the program. r-klik on the shortcut , go to properties and select the windows size screen that you want. and launch the shortcut instead of the .exe.
Else go to 2

2. change the resolution to the highest you can, when you can move the screen move it as low as you can and close the app.
Start the app again and if it's still on the low end of the screen you can change the resolution again to the original setting.

I seem to recall also that in a certain .ini file you could adjust the screensize of the app.
