I’m having problem of using Outlook to automatically resolve name, which create an solid underscore on the name. Some users can be resolved using first name only, others required first and last initial. My question is what are the criterias when Outlook or Exchange resolve a name? Custom Recipient, distribution list…etc. Where do I go to define the criteria?
