My current assignment is to post a couple of Resource Management questions on a discussion board in an effort to gather feedback from the board?s members. I would be most grateful if you would respond to the following:
Management’s primary responsibility is the allocation and oversight of resources. As managers engage in resource planning, implementation and control, they must also be aware of the potential for negative impact, both internally and externally.
1. Does your organization have a resource management strategy in place? If so, how does your organization measure its resource management strategy?
2. If your organization neededto change its resource management strategy, what steps would management take to implement these changes?
